Наличие аппаратуры на зубах затрудняет чистку зубов и требует больше времени. Плохая гигиена полости рта (наличие налета вокруг брекетов, остатков пищи) вызывает воспаление десны и ее кровоточивость во время чистки, что увеличивает сроки ортодонтического лечения.\n</div><div><br></div><div><b>Что необходимо для хорошей гигиены полости рта?\n</b></div><div>&nbsp;1. Ортодонтическая зубная щетка. Отличается она от стандартной наличием прорези для брекетов, что позволяет тщательно удалять налет вокруг брекетов. При желании можно использовать электрическую зубную щетку, однако необходимо будет проходить над и под брекетами.\n</div><div>&nbsp;2. Ирригатор. Достаточно использовать 1 раз в день вечером, для очищения межзубных промежутков.\n</div><div>&nbsp;3. Пенка. Использовать поле каждого приема пиши для удаления остатков пищи.\n</div><div><br></div><div><b>Ограничения в питании.</b></div><div>На время ортодонтического лечения для избежания отклейки брекетов следует отказаться от употребления липких и твердых продуктов, таких как ириски, орехи, сухари, баранки, карамель, жевательные конфеты.\n</div><div>Твердые овощи (морковь), фрукты (яблоки, груши) и жесткое мясо рекомендуется резать на маленькие кусочки.</div><br><div>\n</div><div><b>Поломка дуги и отклейка брекетов.</b></div><div>При соблюдении рекомендаций поломка дуг и отклейка брекетов случается редко, однако они возможны. Это поможет быстрее укрепить эмаль. Важно, чтобы у пасты был низкий индекс RDA (до 50). Иначе содержащиеся в ней крупные абразивные частицы повредят эмаль.</div><br><div>\n</div><div>Ближайшие два дня после процедуры воздерживайтесь от окрашивающей еды (морковь, свекла), напитков (кофе, чай, красное вино, напитки с красителями, соки) и, желательно, от курения.\n</div><div>Если была проведена процедура глубокого фторирования, то воздержитесь от приема пищи и питья в течение 2-х часов, а перед сном не чистите зубы.</div><br><div>\n</div><div>Не полоскайте рот спиртосодержащими растворами или травяными отварами.
