Им заклеивают брекеты, если они натирают щеки, губы, язык.</div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>Чистка зубов:</b></div><div>Миллионы людей каждый день чистят зубы, но лишь немногие делают это действительно сознательно и хорошо. При наличии на зубах брекет-системы хорошо чистить зубы становится сложнее - требуется еще больше старания. Тем не менее, это абсолютно реально. Нужно лишь понимать, к чему приводит плохая чистка зубов.</div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>Плохая чистка зубов:</b></div><div>Вокруг брекетов собирается зубной налет, который содержит миллионы вредных микроорганизмов. Они выделяют агрессивную кислоту. Для уменьшения степени выраженности отека необходимо прикладывать лёд к щеке в области операции в течении дня после оперативного вмешательства, по 15 мин с интервалом в час.</div><br><div>\n</div><div>&nbsp;- Принимайте рекомендованные болеутоляющие по мере необходимости.</div><br><div>\n</div><div>&nbsp;- После операции не следует ограничивать прием жидкости, которая в первые 1-2 дня после операции должна быть комнатной температуры. Нельзя использовать соломинку! Вы можете принимать любую жидкую или мягкую пищу, например, супы, в течение нескольких следующих дней. Диета должна включать достаточное количество питательных веществ.</div><br><div>\n</div><div>- В течение 3 дней после операции необходимо снизить физическую активность. Избегайте бега или высоких нагрузок. Нельзя посещать бассейн, баню и сауну.</div><br><div>\n</div><div>- В первые 7 дней после операции для поддержания гигиены аккуратно споласкивайте рот теплой водой после каждого приема пищи. Три раза в день необходимо полоскать рот дезинфицирующим раствором, назначенным врачом, согласно инструкции. При использовании любого другого средства для полоскания рта, согласуйте его применение с врачом и соблюдайте инструкцию. Пища должна быть мягкая, умеренно теплая. Исключить кислое, острое, соленое.</div><br><div>\n</div><div>•\tНачиная со следующего после операции дня, полость рта полоскать раствором стерильного фурацилина или хлоргексидина  биглюконата 0,02%, после каждого приема пищи, но не реже, чем 2-3 раза в сутки; в течение 5-7 дней (не более).</div><br><div>\n</div><div>Проводить гигиену полости рта необходимо 2 раза в день (утром и вечером).</div><br><div>\n</div><div>В области оперированного участка пользоваться обычными зубными щетками нельзя! Необходимо использовать  мягкую щетку. Рекомендуем Вам зубную щетку CS Surgical и зубную пасту Curasept (в отличие от других средств гигиены,  специально предназначенные для пациентов после хирургического вмешательства в полости рта).
