Если болевые ощущения слишком сильные можно принять обезболивающие препараты.</div><div>4. \tИногда минивинты могут натирать слизистую – внутреннюю поверхность щёк. На ночь можно изолировать щёки от винта, подкладывая четверть ватного диска.</div><div>5. \tОчень важно соблюдать качественную гигиену винта и область вокруг него. Для этого используйте монопучковую щётку и ирригатор.</div><div>6. \tЕсли у Вас воспалилась слизистая вокруг винта можно использовать спрей Мирамистин для антисептической обработки и ранозаживляющие мази для слизистой оболочки в полости рта: Солкосерил (адгезивная дентальная паста), Асепта, Афтофикс. Также можно воспользоваться раствором Фагодент и хирургической повязкой Reso-pac.</div><div>7. \tОртодонтические микроимплантаты, в отличие от обычных, которые замещают утраченные зубы, не имеют костной интеграции, то есть не обрастают костной тканью, а держатся за счет резьбы, поэтому иногда могут дестабилизироваться – расшатываться. В этом случае необходимо обратиться к врачу, который устанавливал винт для переустановки имплантата.</div><div>8. \tИзвлекаются минивинты безболезненно. Чаще всего даже не требуется анестезия. Теперь наступил период удержания (фиксации, ретенции) зубов на новом месте и Вам необходимо носить специальный аппарат – ретейнер, закрепляющий ортодонтическое лечение.</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp; Для того, чтобы Ваша улыбка оставалась красивой, необходимо соблюдать следующие рекомендации:</div><div>1. Первые дни после установки ретейнера могут быть неприятные ощущения для языка, плохое произношение некоторых звуков, следует тренироваться, больше разговаривать и проговаривать слова.</div><div>2. В день снятия брекетов или в ближайшее время необходимо обратиться к стоматологу /гигиенисту за профессиональной чисткой и фторированием зубов. Это позволит эмали зубов и дёснам восстановиться после долгого лечения.</div><div>3. Через 1-2 недели после проведения чистки обратитесь к стоматологу для осмотра зубов на предмет кариеса. Не забывайте чистить зубы два раза в день, после завтрака и после ужина, избегая горизонтальных движений, которые были необходимы во время лечения. Все движения должны быть вертикальными от десны к краю зуба, без излишнего надавливания.</div><div>4. Посещать врача-ортодонта для контрольных осмотров 1 раз в 6-8 месяцев.</div><div>5. Первые 6 месяцев являются критическим периодом, поэтому нужно быть особо внимательными (в случае появления подвижности зубов, ощущения острых углов или неприятного хруста, необходимо в ближайшее время записаться на прием).</div><div>6. В случае, если самостоятельно не удается поддерживать гигиену, то необходимо производить профессиональную гигиену, ЧАЩЕ, чем 1 раз в 6 месяцев.</div><div>7. Если у Вас имеются дополнительные съемные ретейнеры, то Вам необходимо дополнительно уточнить их способ и период ношения (обычно: первые 12 месяцев на ночь каждый день, далее через день, через 2 дня, потом просто проверяем как садятся капы).</div><div><br></div><div>&nbsp; Необходимо помнить, что несоблюдение правил пользования ретейнерами может привести к изменению положения зубов.
