Особенно опасны мягкие продукты с жесткими включениями: булка с семечками, шоколадка с орехами и т. д. Морковку, яблоки, прочие твердые овощи и фрукты разрежьте на маленькие кусочки и ешьте. Это касается также жесткого мяса и любых продуктов, требующих откусывания.\n</li><li>Карамельки-сосалки, ириски-тянучки, леденцы, чипсы, попкорн, конфеты – большая часть этих вкусных, но малополезных продуктов останется на зубах и нескоро очистится от брекет-системы.\n</li><li>Мороженое нельзя!
